Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, I found the hotel to have a mix of positive and negative aspects. The location is beautiful with a fish pond and lush greenery, but the room had a strange overpowering odor, holes in the wallboard, and leaky faucets. The service was lacking in friendliness and problem-solving skills. The dining options were limited, but the hotel grounds were pretty and well-kept.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a freezing hallway outside our room, which was a bit outdated and trashy. However, I loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
The hotel was centrally located, convenient for exploring the Biltmore area and close to various attractions. However, the rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The lack of in-room amenities and high prices for basic water bottles were disappointing.
